Our services include interior design consultation, full design services, home styling, space planning, material selection, furniture sourcing from New Zealand suppliers, and professional styling services. We specialize in transforming Auckland homes and commercial spaces through thoughtful interior design. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our interior design services at any time without prior notice.

Payment terms for our interior design services in New Zealand are as follows (all amounts in New Zealand Dollars):

All interior design concepts, floor plans, mood boards, color palettes, material selections, furniture recommendations, and styling suggestions created by Zarvaxenophie for your Auckland or New Zealand property remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion and payment, clients receive usage rights for their specific interior design project. Interior design concepts, styling plans, and décor recommendations may not be reproduced, shared, or used for other properties without written consent from Zarvaxenophie.
Any changes to the agreed interior design scope for your Auckland property may result in additional fees. We will discuss and obtain approval before proceeding with scope changes to your interior décor project. Delays caused by client decisions, Auckland supplier availability, New Zealand shipping timelines, or circumstances beyond our control may affect interior design project timelines. Additional styling services, furniture sourcing, or design revisions beyond the original scope will be quoted separately.
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Zarvaxenophie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our interior design services. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our interior design services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand, with Auckland having jurisdiction for legal proceedings.
